The State Council of Educational Research & Training (SCERT) Arunachal Pradesh has the mission of enriching education in the state by improving the quality of teacher and school education through teachers’ capacity building programmes like pre-service and in-service teachers’ training, conduct of orientation programmes, workshops, meetings and conferences of State Education Officers and field functionaries, development of quality teaching/training materials for teachers and teacher educators and promotion of research and innovative activities in the schools and teacher education institutions.
